When you are doing it ALL but not seeing the results

This is the most frustrating thing - doing ALL the THINGS but not seeing results.

You feel like you're doing things that should be getting you results and doesn't, which is when you go into desperate mode for quick fixes.

When we just pick and choose healthy foods or random workouts, the problem with that is it isn't a structured program. Being more active is always great for your health first and foremost BUT if you have specific goals such as weight loss or muscle tone, you need to make sure you are doing workouts that are in a progressive tone to get you those results.

Pairing that with proper nutrition that again, matches your set goals is what will get you to the place you are striving for. Part of figuring that out is getting real with yourself and realizing that there may have to be a method to what you are eating.

Everything can be figured out but sometimes in order to do that, you need to bring in help - Hey, that's what I did!!

When I started getting into Fitness, I would go for a run or watch others at the gym to see what they were doing but really was just doing random exercises, which was getting me nowhere and that's when I decided to hire a trainer and start educating myself on nutrition.

If you want to shorten the amount of time to get the results that you want, you need to bring someone else in to give you structure and explain to you along the way what you are doing and why.

This is what my coaching programs aim to do in my BRING OUT YOUR BADASS program.

There is so much value to speaking to someone who is the expert, who has the experience coaching others to meet their goals, who knows bodies, knows common mistakes, so you can learn about yourself and learn how to be more effective in your health and fitness goals.

There are a lot of fitness programs out there that are DIY but working with someone face to face is completely different and will get you faster results and sustainable ones. There are also programs that designate affiliates as "coaches", so it is important to be working with certified professionals. These programs can get you results, but you have to look at the value of where you are getting the information from and where you are getting the support from.

Being a trainer, I value personalized attention, support and programs designed to appeal to your body and what you need - not a one size fits all program.

Another problem with bigger named programs, is that you can streamline endless types of workouts but how do you know which is right for you? Which one is going to get you to where you want to be.? When that random program ends are you going to have the knowledge about how to sustain any results you have achieved and incorporate into your daily life?

A personal coach is going to be able to give you modifications and discuss what some upcoming set backs could look like and how to work around it.

I offer free consultations calls, whenever anyone would like to learn more about how I can help them.
