I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have been coaching women to lose weight, and kickass doing it, for the last 4 years. Up until now, I have worked with clients 1:1 or in groups, helping them to beat their bad habits and create new ones to reach their goals!

I always focus on creating a healthy relationship with food and fitness. We have to stay flexible and consistent to best meet our goals, which means no starvation diets here!

“Are the workouts going to be the right fit for me?” I'll teach all the foundations of a well-balanced fitness routine, and how to make sure your weekly workouts are designed for your best results. The program that is included works for all beginner-intermediate fitness levels, and modifications are included. You can be sure your program is balanced and focused to meet your goals!

“What is the diet like?” It’s not a diet at all! I teach you the flexible nutrition approach that I have used with all of my clients over the past 4 years. Including your calorie range and protein target, tracking your food mindfully, but not obsessively, and auditing your meals for better balance and better results. The nutrition program also includes: meal planning worksheets, grocery list, example days of eating, and recordings of me coaching past clients so you can see it in context.

“At-home or gym workouts?” Either one! These workouts require dumbbells and resistance bands, which can be done either at home or the gym. There is a video exercise dictionary that shows all of the demos for the exercises and tutorials for proper form, so you can finally feel confident knowing what you’re doing in your body with every exercise! 

“Can it work for vegetarian/vegan diets or allergies?” You bet! Once you know what your nutrient needs are, you can meet them eating whatever foods you like or can tolerate. There are examples for a variety of diet preferences.

"Is this right for only womxn, or can mxn do it too?" I typically coach women, but the principles of fitness and fat loss are the same for either.
